Where is my follower data stored?
Creator Pulse stores follower tracking data locally on your device. Follower lists are not stored on our servers.
Does Creator Pulse store my Twitch followers online?
No. Creator Pulse does not store follower lists in MongoDB or any backend database.
What does Creator Pulse store on the backend?
Creator Pulse may store a minimal terms acceptance record, including Twitch User ID, Twitch username, random installation ID, app version, terms version, and the date/time the terms were accepted.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete local app data from the Settings screen inside Creator Pulse. You may also contact support for help with removing any backend terms acceptance record.
Is Creator Pulse affiliated with Twitch?
No. Creator Pulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Twitch.
Why do follower counts change?
Follower counts can change when users follow, unfollow, deactivate accounts, or when Twitch updates follower data.
